Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is currently hiring an Assembler II for a well-known aerospace manufacturing company located in Beaver, PA. The ideal candidate will possess previous related work experience in a warehouse setting. Current open availability is for the 1st and 2nd Shift.
Location: Beaver, PA
Pay rate: $16.18/Hour
Hours: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift, 3:30pm-12am
Responsibilities of the Assembler II:
- Assemble components according to instructions.
- Load and unload materials for brazing.
- Utilize tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
- Operate test equipment for quality assurance.
- Handle various materials and components.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Adhere to quality control procedures.
- Document assembly processes.
- Assist in training new employees.
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous assembly experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Good communication and organizational skills
